Granfondo San Remo-San Remo "la Classicissima"

On Sunday, 20 March 2016 the professionals will compete on the roads of the Milan - San Remo Spring Classic ... you, too, can live the magic of world class cycling, crossing exactly the same finish line as the all the great champions!!

Begun in 2015, the Granfondo San Remo-San Remo "la Classicissima" is the opportunity for the real enthusiasts of top cycling to experience the electric atmosphere of the grand classic Milan - San Remo race, where they can challenge themselves in person on the same roads followed by their heros - other than this there is the chance to appreciate the great hospitality of San Remo and its surroundings.

The organization is managed by the Unione Cicloturistica Sanremo 1969, who also stage the Granfondo Milan - San Remo cicloturistica in June. 

The route of the Ligurian challenge, which is nearly 120 kilometers long, going up to an altitude of about 2400 meters, has been changed. The last 30 kilometers will mirror the final of the Milan – San Remo professionals, with an uphill finish on the Poggio di Sanremo. 

Registration:

• 30 Euros until February 28

• 40 Euros until 16 March

The event is a competitive Granfondo, so there will be rankings based on of the time taken to finish the race.
