Louise began her cycling adventures on her Mum’s three-speed shopping bicycle during lockdown in Spring 2020. The goal of that first ride was to deliver a cake to a friend three miles away who was working on the frontline of the pandemic for the NHS.
With a group of likeminded friends she continued with local cycling adventures and at the end of 2020 the Winter Warrior cycling group was born.
In 2021 the goal was to complete the Dunwich Dynamo, a 200km night ride from Hackney, London to the East Coast. In 2022 Louise rode Chase the Sun South solo and unsupported, completing the epic 205 coast-to-coast challenge 30 minutes before sunset.
