Exmoor Beast 2026

New for 2026 we are hosting the Exmoor Beast. We’re offering three fabulous routes: the 100 mile Exmoor Beast, the 65 mile Exmoor Beauty and the 42 mile Exmoor Breeze. All three routes include the iconic (aka super tough) climb of Dunkery Beacon which is Exmoor’s and Somerset’s highest point.

The start and finish is at Wimbleball Lake with camping available.

All routes are fully signed and supported with quality feed stations, outriders, mechanics and medics. The sportive includes electronic chip timing providing you with an official completion time, plus a bronze, silver or gold finishers medal. Medals are awarded according to time.

The sportives are part of our Wimbleball Endurance Sports festival so there are triathlons, swims & running races across the whole bank holiday weekend, to keep the whole family entertained!
