Rub shoulders with cycling legend Alberto Contador at one of Spain’s biggest sportives this September.
The event is based in Oliva, Valencia and attracts thousands of Spanish and international cyclists to enjoy a climb-laden parcours on closed roads.
Where past editions have offered a choice of two distances, for 2026 the organisers have split the difference with a single, 138km route taking in 2400m of elevation. There are three major climbs on the clockwise loop: the Coll de Rates, Coll de sa Creueta, and the Coll Port d’Ebo.
Oliva’s location on the northernmost tip of the Costa Blanca, with Valencia to the north and Calpe and Benidorm to the south, makes it an ideal location not only as a cycling destination but for anyone seeking golden sandy beaches and a charming historic town.
