Muck n’ Mac Fest 2026
1 May @ 8:00 am – 3 May @ 5:00 pm

Outsider Events are excited to welcome the fifth edition of Muck n’ Mac Fest!
Staged in the grounds of Scotland’s oldest inhabited Home, Traquair House will host the fifth edition of the festival in 2026… We’ve got a brand new exciting ride format to celebrate our 5th year!
Nestled in the heart of the Tweed Valley, Traquair just so happens to be the gateway to some of the finest gravel riding the country has to offer!
There are 3 course length options, short and long and our brand new BORDER.200 – taking place on the Saturday.

Ride options include:
Full Weekend 75km – approximately 75km each day and includes full festival access, weekend cmaping and riding on both Saturday & Sunday on our 70km course. Day 1 takes our challenge format with one large circuit and Saturday takes in 3x timed enduro stages.
Full Weekend 45km – approximately 40km each day and includes full festival access, weekend cmaping and riding on both Saturday & Sunday on our 70km course. Day 1 takes our challenge format with one large circuit and Saturday takes in 3x timed enduro stages.
Border.200Â – 200km gravel challenge around the stunning Scottish Borders on Saturday 2nd May. *Please note, if you are looking to camp and stay for the festival, this isn’t included in the ticket price – this is a one day riding option only and spaces are limited to 200. If you want to also ride on the Sunday, please select BORDER.200 Weekender – this includes the 200km ride on Saturday and either short or long course Sunday, plus full festival access.
The weekend is as much about riding as the time off the bike. Our festival village has an amazing mix of activities on offer. Expect to see: live music, film, event partner expo, camping, yoga, bar areas, mixed catering experiences and various family friendly activities around the grounds of the house.
We’ve limited full weekend riding entries to just 400 spaces and 50 per day for the 1 day riding option.
