Pedal Trossachs 2026
30 August @ 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Pedal series is organised by Parkinson’s UK as a series of exciting cycling events across the country. With stunning scenery from rivers and valleys to dramatic climbs, pedal with us for an unforgettable experience on two wheels.
Three distance options are on offer: Bronze (25 miles), Silver (50 miles) and Gold (100 miles).
Bronze (25 miles) is our gentlest route. It is ideal for newer cyclists or anyone looking to enjoy a bike ride in the stunning Scottish countryside.
At 50Â miles, the Silver is our intermediate route. The route explores Flanders Moss, passing the Lake of Menteith into Fintry before ascending to the Carron Valley Reservoir.
Ready for a serious challenge? The Gold is our most demanding route. Over 100 miles you’ll discover steep climbs and fast descents, taking on the Duke’s Pass, the infamous Crow Road, and the steep climb out of Lennoxtown.
The ride start/finish is at Stirling High School (TBC). There is free parking on site.
All participants will receive:
- Fully signposted route for each distance option
- First aid and mechanical support on the course
- Frequent checkpoints with refreshments and snacks, plus a lunch stop for 50 and 100 mile riders
- Free sports massage at the finish line
- Bespoke finisher’s medal
- Photography
- Chip timing
