Entries open today for the 14th edition of the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador.
The closed-roads sportive, promoted by Spain's multiple Grand Tour champion Alberto Contador, will take place on 20 September 2025 in Valencia, Spain.
While past editions have seen a choice of two courses, for 2025 these have been distilled into one climb-packed route of 147km.
Event HQ is the Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort, which will be the focal point of the gran fondo. As the headquarters and official accommodation, the resort will host an event Expo area alongside full services for visiting cyclists: food, drink, massage, mechanics - all the amenities you need to unwind after a challenging day in the mountains.
Earlybird entry priced €62.99 is available until 16 February, which includes a free event jersey.
