Registration information for the 2019 Maratona dles Dolomites, one of Europe's top sportives, was released today and customers will be able to enter the ballot from Thursday 18 October. Cyclists hoping to take part have until November 8 to get their name into the ballot. The theme of this year's 33rd Maratona is "Tomorrow".
Organisers released details of the 2019 Maratona, which will cost 125 euros to enter and wlll take place on 7 July 2019. Those lucky enough to be drawn in the ballot will be informed of their success on 3 December and then will have until April 18 to pay for those entries. The registration fee to enter the ballot is two euros.
An additional 388 places will also be available to riders who are raising money for charity and these will be released in two waves, with 194 places released on 28 November 2018 and another 194 places released on 28 March 2019.
Entries are through the official Maratona website and we would urge anyone considering this ride to get involved, as it is one of the great events of the sportive calendar and is fantastically organised.
