General entries to next year's Etape Caledonia are now sold out, but if you missed out on a place on Scotland's original closed-road sportive there's still a way: you can enter now via one of the Etape's free charity places.
Next year's Etape Caledonia takes place on Sunday 17 May 2020. The headline charity partner for the event is SCAA - Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance.
By cycling for Team SCAA you'll be supporting life-saving paramedic care at the scene of time-critical emergencies, all over Scotland. The fast response of SCAA and its ability to reach Scotland's most remote and rural areas saves vital minutes when every second really does count.
Entrants riding for SCAA can choose from the 40-mile or 85-mile routes and secure a place for free.
To qualify for a free SCAA place, just pledge to raise £250 for the charity - with the event organisers offering full support in helping you achieve your fundraising goal. If you raise more than £400, you'll also receive a free SCAA cycling top worth £35.
The only thing better than enjoying a great bike ride is knowing that you're raising money for a fantastic cause at the same time. For more details and to sign up, visit www.etapecaledonia.co.uk.
