The Milestone Series will arrive in the city of Båstad, Sweden for a brand-new sportive on 13 September 2020.

From the organisers of the Mallorca 312, the Båstad 198 will take riders through Båstad and Hallandsåsen with two spectacular routes: 198 kilometres with 2058 metres of climbing and 108 kilometres with 1158 metres of climbing.

With closed roads, testing climbs and beautiful landscapes, the Båstad promises to be an unmissable addition to the European gran fondo calendar.

The Milestone Series is a series of premium gran fondos in Europe that have the quality seal of the Mallorca 312, now firmly established as one of Europe's leading sportives with over 23,000 participants from more than 60 countries in its ten editions to date.

For 2020, Milestone Series has announced that it will hold three events: Mallorca 312 (10 October - rescheduled from 25 April), Eifel 205 (19 September - rescheduled from 22 August, Germany), Båstad 198 (13 September, Sweden). A UK edition is planned for 2021.
