Exmoor Beast

"Hi thanks for great organised ride. After breaking my front wheel on the infamous first cattle grid it was.I thought my day was over.However after about an hour or so after all riders had left start,the cavalry arrived with a spare front wheel.I was able to carry on.Three punctures later,I crossed the line.It's not called the beast for nothing. It took me 7 hours to complete the ride with about 2 hours delay all told. So I guess I will just have to come back next year and give it another go.Please pass on very grateful thank you to the white van men who came to my aid. All the marshalls and anyone else involved in the organisation of a superb event. Hasta la vista." Rob Davenport.
