Ride the Horns Sportive

The 2012 edition of this now firm favourite will again follow the new routes of 2011 with extra activities for all the family all based on the beautiful village of Mentmore just outside Leighton Buzzard, in Buckinghamshire. The route is famous for the sting in the tail with many challenging Chiltern climbs like Whiteleaf, the Crong, Dunsmore and the Hale all included in the later part of the route, and as the short route joins at the second feed Toms hill, Studmore and the famous Ivinghoe Beacon finish the ride before the final climb back to Mentmore.
