Struggle Dales is one of the UK's most iconic sportives, set in the beautiful but challenging Yorkshire Dales landscape. The next Struggle Dales sportive will take place on Sunday 25 May 2025.
Struggle Dales is not a course to be taken lightly, but with prior training, grit and guts it's achievable for almost any ambitious road cyclists. The route boasts bucket-list cycling climbs woven into best Yorkshire Dales scenery, combined with the detailed organisation and support.
The Struggle Dales route is 175km long over seven iconic climbs set within the Yorkshire Dales National Park's stunning scenery along the region’s best cycling roads.
New for 2025 is a 140km route for those looking for a Struggle taster, and a mega 200km Struggle Dales Ultra for hardy Strugglers looking to push past their comfort zone.
