Starting from Cobham Village Hall Surrey

First climb of the day is Chalk Lane just the other side of Cobham – circa 6% drag narrow lane – beware of on coming cars  This takes you to the top off Coombe Bottom which is a fast decent –please take care.

Second climb arrives shortly after cutting through Shere @ 7%,after the second climb the road levels out for a mile or so, then the third climb kicks up to 7%-9%.  

Fourth climb of the day comes after a good few miles of fast flat – take care on the decent off  Pitch Hill. Then it’s a right turn up Barhatch Road which leads onto Barhatch Lane.

On the lower part off the climb you will see a sign saying 21%, don’t panic it only reaches 20%!!! It levels out a couple off times at 10% arriving at the top off Hurtwood Car Park – turn sharp left at this point and take care on the very narrow decent.

The feed is at SILENT POOL (car park) circa 44km (26 Miles)

You will then have a small amount rolling/fast flat before you right turn through Holmbury St.Mary with a max off 5%  

After this a turn left is taken up Pasturewood Road which has a 50m section off 8% and levels out before a bite at 15%-17%

Then follow up through the reverse of Coldharbour 6% - 9% 

A short cut through the back off Dorking, please take care there are two set off lights in 50m. You will have a very short rest before the final ascent which is Ranmore Common 4%-12%.  

Then you will be glad to know after the climb of Ranmore its all down hill and flat back to the start (circa 7 miles)
