The Puncheur Cyclosportive

2024 will be the 14th PUNCHEUR!

PUNCHEUR is a medium-size event (max 500 riders). It’s a carefully planned route with a mix of work and reward.

The challenge of PUNCHEUR is to keep a good tempo along rolling roads and up and over the short punchy climbs and drags.

Don’t take it lightly! This course will test you and reveal your Spring fitness. The BRAND NEW 8-mile section after the feedstation contains 3 significant climbs. (Cob Lane reaches 20% in places.)

There are long, flat stretches, draggy climbs, some fast descents, and short, sharp, steeper hills to get out the saddle and punch your way over. Can you pace it so you don’t blow up early and make sure you have something in your legs for the dash back into Ditchling?

Come and have a bowl of pasta back at HQ at the end (included in your entry). The bar will be open too.
