Wiggle Flatout in the Fens Sportive

This is quite simply the flattest single day sportive in Britain.

There's the longest route at over 150 miles, an Iron Man triathlon distance option of 112 miles, and a shorter route of under 80 miles to tickle your cycling delights. This is the sportive with big horizons and big distances!

This is a ride with a difference. Not one significant climb anywhere but full of superlatives! Ridden on one of the longest days of the year, it's an opportunity to ride a very large number of sportive miles and pass the lowest point of altitude in the land at 4 meters below sea level; see some of the most impressive Dutch dyke engineering; ride towards big, wide horizons on the country's longest straightest roads. All routes head out from Peterborough Regional College and within a few miles riders reach the edge of the dramatic Fens Landscape. The Fens gives you a space to unwind your mind, whilst winding your legs up to conquer a unique area stretching across South Lincolnshire, North Cambridgeshire and Norfolk
