The industrial revolution rolled out in a number of places, but modern Mercia can pretty much claim to be the spark. Taking in Ironbridge , where the process of smelting iron with coke was perfected, it’s where the modern industrial world got in motion! But don’t be fooled, this landscape needs riding!
