Entries for the 2015 Wiggle Dragon Ride, the new Dragon Tour and Cycletta @ the Wiggle Dragon Ride open this morning at 9:00am UK time.
The 2015 Wiggle Dragon Ride will take place on Sunday 7 June and entries usually sell out within 24 hours, so entrants are advised to get in fast! Places will be available on a first come, first served basis exclusively through www.humanrace.co.uk/cycling.
The new three day Dragon Tour event will see 500 cyclists take on a sportive each day, culminating with the Dragon Ride itself on day three. Riders will cover two contrasting routes, winding through the Gower Peninsula on Friday, the second day climbing up in to the western side of the Brecon Beacons, before choosing one of the four distances of the Wiggle Dragon Ride on Sunday. Guest speaker and Tour de France winner Stephen Roche will entertain participants with tales from his career at dinner on Saturday evening. Entry for the Tour starts at £199.
