Paul has ridden bikes for most of his life. He started cycling in earnest for general fitness as part of sprint canoe training, before getting into triathlons, time trials and recently the MTB scene as a way to alleviate the boredom of turbo training during the off season.
Paul is an avid fan of road racing, especially the spring cobbled classics and local time trials.
