Entries are now open for Ireland's premier road sportive, the Wicklow 200.
Taking place on 8 June 2025, the Wicklow 200 offers cyclists a choice of two distances set among the rolling hills of Ireland's 'Garden County', Wicklow.
At 200km the long route is probably Ireland's toughest sportive, with some significant climbs including Sally Gap, Slieve Maan and the Shay Elliott.
A shorter, 100km distance is also on offer. For more details and to enter, visit www.wicklow200.ie.
Established in 1982, the Wicklow 200 is based just south of Dublin in Bray, County Wicklow.
It's a firm favourite with Irish cyclists, attracted by the challenge of a 200km route that takes in many of the most iconic climbs within riding distance of Dublin.
2024 will be the 42nd edition of the Wicklow 200. The shorter Wicklow 100 Challenge takes place on the same day, and shares most of its route with the Wicklow 200.
Registration for both distances costs €85, the same as for the past two editions, with a 10% discount on offer. Use the code WICKLOW10 at checkout to save.
